Abstract

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: Æú¸®¼³ÆÄÀ̵å, ½Ç¸®ÄÜ, Æú¸®ÀÌ½á °í¹«ÀλóÀ縦 ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© 72°³ÀÇ Àλóü¸¦ äµæÇÏ¿´´Ù. À̸¦ ¿ä¿Àµå°è ¼Òµ¶Á¦ÀÎ iodophor ¼ö¿ë¾×¿¡ °¢°¢ 10ºÐ, 30ºÐ°£ ħÀû½ÃÅ°°í ¸ðÇüÀ» Á¦ÀÛÇÏ¿© ´ëÁ¶±º°ú ±¤ÇÐÇö¹Ì°æÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© üÀû ¾ÈÁ¤¼ºÀ» Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ¸ðµç °í¹«Àλóü´Â 0.5% ¹Ì¸¸ÀÇ Ã¼Àûº¯È­¸¦ º¸¿´À¸³ª 30ºÐ ħÀûÀº 10ºÐ ħÀû¿¡ ºñÇØ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô º¯È­·®ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù(P < 0.05).

°á·Ð: ¿ä¿Àµå°è ¼Òµ¶Á¦¿¡ °í¹«ÀλóÀ縦 ħÀû½Ã 10ºÐÁ¤µµÀÇ ½Ã°£°æ°ú°¡ °í¹«ÀλóÀçÀÇ Ã¼Àûº¯È­¿¡ ¿µÇâÀÌ Àû¾ú´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensional stability of three rubber impression materials (polysulfide, polyvinylsiloxane, polyether) in an iodophor disinfectant.

Materials and Methods: Seventy-two impressions were made with each material and divided into control, 10-minute, and 30-minute immersion groups using an iodophor as the disinfectant. A microscope was used to measure dimensional changes in the stone casts made from each group of impressions, and the percent change was analyzed using a two-way ANOVA (P = 0.05).

Results: All dimensional changes after iodophor disinfection were small in 10 minute groups, however, showed significantly increased in 30 minute groups (P < 0.05).

Conclusion: Clinically, it can be recommended to use iodophor disinfectant for rubber materials within 10 minute.
